I made this digital collage with digitalscrapbook elements from http://eye-on-design.com and http://wittyliving.com, which has wonderful digital scrap pages to download and also tutorial with PSP9 to make you digital scrapbook pages.And then I add brushes. I love brushes!

This digital page is beautiful! The background looks almost like fabric, which gives it such a wonderful textural look. I don't know a thing about digital art, but it's one of those many things on my list of things to learn.
