"Step outside your boxes" ask us to make something rusty.
Instead of looking for rusty things, I made some fake "rusty".
The background is a coaster, which I painted with acrylic gesso and crackle varnish. Then I layed over with sepia and veronese green acrylic paints and a little cooper. I made the same with the tile, wich is a stamped (stamp from Stampington) polymer clay tile.
Over the backgound I glued the woman with glasses (I can use it too for "thankgoditsfriday").
The round metallic thing is a really rusty.

Thanks for the instructions. How clever of you to create something rusty. Wish I'd have thought of that. I sat out this challenge because I didn't have anything rusty! Yours is just great.
