Klimt is a nice exercise for textures. He used so much different patterns and they look so good together! Try to do it! You must have different swirl stamps, and stencils and paper. The basic shapes are tringles, swirls and dquares. The basic colors are red, yellow and blue. Put it together and you have a collage in a Klimt way.

A new "Klimt" exercise
Klimt is a nice exercise for textures. He used so much different patterns and they look so good together! Try to do it! You must have different swirl stamps, and stencils and paper. The basic shapes are tringles, swirls and dquares. The basic colors are red, yellow and blue. Put it together and you have a collage in a Klimt way.

This is WONDERFUL, and the result is a true Klimt look-alike. You must have really studied his work to be able to determine the shapes that one needs to pull this off. I'll definitely have to give this a try sometime.
